Melody began her legal career in bankruptcy before shifting to family law in 2010. In 2020, she opened Swilling Family Law in Alpharetta to focus exclusively on complex family matters — and build a practice rooted in personal care, litigation expertise, and long-term solutions.
As a mom of two boys, Melody understands the emotional toll divorce can take on children — especially those with special needs. Outside the courtroom, she volunteers with iCan Shine to help kids with autism gain independence through biking.
